Procurement Engineer

(Monthly Salary 15k-30k)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the development and maintenance of suppliers. Inquiry and negotiate purchasing terms and participate in procurement projects.

2. Responsible for drafting bidding paperwork, handling technical questions and the bidding management.

3. Responsible for purchasing materials, verifying technical parameters of equipment, and products quality control.

4. Responsible for tracking productions schedule, checking equipments quality and shipment, and ensuring procurement projects are completed on time.

5. Familiar with professional English to equipment, instruments, and materials in Oil and Gas industry, Skilled use office software.

Job Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience as a procurement engineer in the Oil and Gas industry, familiar with Oil and Gas industry‘ s process of procurement project.

2. Understanding engineering, electrical instruments and equipments in Oil and Gas industry and environmental protection industry. Familiar with relevant international technical standards.

3. Responsible for sourcing and inquiring for projects, participate in procurement projects, tracking on logistic states;

4. Independently drafting bidding paperwork and organizing the bidding, bidding process management.

5. Assist leaders in related tasks

6. With technical background of Oil and Gas industrial field; With experience in overseas projects; With supplier resources are preferred;

采購工程師 （月薪15k-30k）

崗位職責：

1. 負責優質供應商的開發與維護工作；向供應商發出詢價單，參與采購項目。

2. 負責招標文件的起草、技術答疑、參與招標過程的管理工作。

3. ??負責采購物資、設備技術參數的核對、產品質量把控。

4. 負責跟蹤供應商生產進度，設備技術質量，貨期的核對、確保采購項目按時完成。

5. 熟悉油氣行業相關設備、儀器、物料的專業英語，熟練使用辦公軟件。

崗位要求：

1. 具有5年以上油氣行業采購工程師經驗，熟悉油氣行業工程項目采購，有豐富的采購項目經驗。

2. 了解油氣、石油開采、環保等行業的工程、電氣、儀表等設備，了解相關的國際技術標準。

3. 負責項目尋源詢價、執行項目的采購、跟蹤項目進度、跟進物流運輸等工作；

4. 能獨立組織招標文件的起草，技術把關，招標過程管理工作。

5. 具有油氣行業技術背景經驗者優先；有參與海外項目者優先；有一定的供應商資源優先；

6. 配合上級領導做好其他相關工作。
