What are my responsibilities?
1. Use computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software (e.g. Fluent, Star - CCM +) to conduct motor fluid simulation.(使用計算流體動力學(CFD)軟件(如 Fluent、Star - CCM +)進行電機流體仿真。)
2. Perform heat transfer simulation calculations, including analyzing the heat transfer process within the motor under different operating conditions.(進行傳熱仿真計算,包括分析電機在不同運行條件下的內部傳熱過程。)
3. Analyze the motor's heat transfer structure to optimize the design based on simulation results for better heat dissipation.(分析電機的傳熱結構,根據仿真結果優化設計以實現更好的散熱。)
4. Cooperate with relevant teams to understand the temperature rise test of the motor and provide theoretical support based on simulation analysis.(與相關團隊合作,了解電機的溫升測試,并根據仿真分析提供理論支持。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Major in motor thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, or related fields; bachelor's degree or above.(電機、熱工、流體力學或相關專業,本科及以上學歷。)
2. Familiar with the basic principles of heat transfer and fluid mechanics, and have a solid theoretical foundation in motor heat transfer problems.(熟悉傳熱和流體力學的基本原理,在電機傳熱問題上有扎實的理論基礎。)
3. Proficient in using CFD software and have relevant project experience in fluid simulation.(熟練使用 CFD 軟件,有流體仿真相關項目經驗。)
4. Have a certain understanding of the heat transfer structure of the motor, including the structure of cooling channels, heat sinks, etc.(對電機的傳熱結構有一定了解,包括冷卻通道、散熱器等結構。)
5. Have a basic understanding of the motor's temperature rise test methods and principles, and be able to use simulation results to analyze and explain test data.(對電機的溫升測試方法和原理有基本了解,能夠利用仿真結果分析和解釋測試數據。)
6. Good at data analysis and interpretation of simulation results to provide valuable suggestions for design improvement.(善于對仿真結果進行數據分析和解讀,為設計改進提供有價值的建議。)
7. Be familiar with design software such as Ansoft, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and etc.熟練使用Ansoft、AutoCAD、Solid Works 等設計軟件;
8. Have a better understanding about motor will be preferred -較系統地掌握電機優先考慮。
What else do I need to know?
Good English reading and writing skills to be able to study international - level technical literature.(良好的英語讀寫能力,能夠研讀國際水平的技術文獻。)
