Medical device sales experience is necessary.
Main responsibilities
1. Responsible for temperature management during and after surgery, sales of medical consumables and equipment, promotion of company brand, and establishment of corporate image.
2. Establish and manage sales channels.
3. Maintain and coordinate customer relationships, visit and train agents and target customers, and provide support for their promotional activities.
4. According to the company's annual sales target, decompose and complete the sales tasks for each product, country, and agent.
5. Collect and organize legal regulations, competitor information, and business operation models of the target market, and propose response plans based on this information.
6. Regularly analyze sales data and channel expansion, and based on this, propose improvement work plans and action plans.
requirement
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, or medical related fields.
2. Familiar with international trade and overseas sales processes of medical devices, with at least 3 years of experience in medical device sales and Southeast Asian customer resources.
3. Good communication and expression skills in both Chinese and English, able to adapt to overseas business trips.
Plus: Experience in sales of medical devices in ICU/operating room/anesthesia department is preferred (such as wireless thermometers, warming blankets, multiparameter monitors, etc.)
