What is your mission?
?Set up goals and objectives for the department in line with client / project requirements.
?Build and manage client relationships with existing clients and new clients within or outside of the client’s organization.
?Conduct periodic performance review with existing clients and manage the overall responsibilities in meeting the established targets i.e.working closely with your internal team and provide operational leadership to achieve clients’ deliverables within planned time frame.
?Plan strategies with the internal team to ensure client's targets are achieved.
?Ensure operational and administrative processes are executed within stipulated time frame
?Prepare and present proposals to client to negotiate new contract terms.
?Plan manpower, finances, resources and new projects
?Source for potential business to increase sales revenue
?To manage and facilitate cross-functional teams
?To advise project teams on progress, problem solving, solution development, identification and measurement of performance targets, plan development and data analysis are project related skills.
?Overall communication capability to all members of the organization and the ability to create standardized methods and approaches for project management processes
?To analyse trends and process gaps for improvements
?To embark on projects to revamp and improve on current process
Who are we looking for?
?Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a recognized institution.
?Should have a high degree of stakeholder engagement skills
?Should possess a strong track record in leadership positions
?Have sound knowledge of managing customer operations in both sales and services
?At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
?Must possess excellent presentation and communication skills
?Must be well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
