工作職責：

1. 全面負責子公司財務的日常管理工作；負責子公司的成本、預算、核算、資金、報表、總帳、稅務籌劃等

2. 協助編制財務報表及財務相關報告等工作；

3. 監控公司經營風險、資金周轉管控；

4. 配合總公司完成年度各項審計和臨時審計工作；

5. 負責組織或參與公司部門間協同工作，包括經濟活動分析、增收節支管理、重要經濟合同或協議的研究、審查，重大投資經營活動的風險評估、指導等

6. 參與公司重大經營活動的評審和決策。
