Position Summary職位描述:
Facilitating Human Resources general operations including training, employee labor relations and communications, rewards program coordination; talent acquisition, employee hiring, onboarding, termination etc., and work as HR Business Partnership in consulting and coaching and managing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities主要職責:
Training & Development (50%):
1. Support in delivering training for the general workforce and targeted functions/employees, including:
2. Assist in annul training assessment & Planning.
3. Training plan execution: training scheduling, training materials, training guides/manuals, course evaluations, etc.
4. Training vendor selection and training effectiveness tracking.
5. Coordinate internal trainers (coordinators) committee.
6. Facilitate training follow-up and best practice sharing (team sharing or posting).
7. Orientation for new employees.
8. Support in Growth Academy execution in China.
Staffing & Recruitment (30%):
1. Promoting the organization’s image as a desirable place to work.
2. Talent evaluation and screening (e.g., analyzing resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducting screening interviews.
3. Assisting managers with interviews, testing/ranking candidates, checking references , and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates).
4. Work with hiring and C&B team on offering and communicate with candidate effectively to ensure offer acceptance.
5. Manage probation and facilitate goal setting/probation review and improvement action.
6. Establish and implement employee termination procedure, conduct exit interview and exit analysis to provide suggestion as to reduce turn-over rate.
7. Cooperate with department on contracted staff management. Ensure contracted staffs hiring and termination process in compliance with company policies and related national laws and regulations.
Reward & Recognition program execution (10%)
1. Implement GM award and recognition program.
2. Coordinate DFS PACE award and global recognition activities.
3. Lead and manage Annual Special Contribution award and recognition.
4. Assess and optimize reward and recognition policy and process.
HR reporting & projects (10%)
1. Training reporting on local HR KPI.
2. Global and local HR report, such as Turnover report, HC report, etc.
3. Other related tasks assigned by HR Leader.
