Tasks

1. Main role is to conduct comprehensive everyday inspection (residential/permanent inspection) at Chinese electrical factory and provide expediting in behalf of client for long period :

-Attend factory inspections within electrical field and any related tests and activities, NDT, material control,documentation review, traceability, painting packing and preservation etc according schedule and factory notification and ITP.

-Seek non-conformities and issue NCR.Set up a control of correction actions.

- Implement schedule control – fact vs plans. Analyze of delay via risk assessment and report to HQ immediately

-Check of factory documentation issuance vs priority list

-Steer MoC (management of changes ) process control, fulfil MoC register,

- Participate in meeting with factory and HQ

-Other related activates ad hoc

2. Interact with HQ (locates abroad) on daily basis– discuss inspection aims on day/week/month via conf.call and WeChat , all other points of inspection of production and potential risks

3. For single inspection - conduct inspection by yourself as appointed Company expert and representative according to HQ request as per ITP and other basis ; able to visit China’s factories quickly ad hoc.

4. Calculate inspection and travel expenses and provide forecast.

Education

Electrical Engineering high education with degree is necessary.

1.
Experience
5+ years with knowledge of 50 КW+ electrical motor, frequency transducer, Electrical
cabinets, other HV and LV equipment for heavy machinery as well as O&G.

2.
Understanding
electrical scheme, specification and drawings

3.
Knowledge
of motor and frequency transducer main factory tests

4.
Understanding
and knowledge of main core technological processes as e.g rotor and stator assembling, machining, casting, forging, and painting. Clear knowledge of metals
chemical content, metal features and main tests of metal.

5.
NDT
knowledge and education and experience in NDT is an advantage.

6.
Excellent
understanding and knowledge of factory working stages like material incoming
control, assembling, measuring, testing and packaging.

7.
Good
knowledge of main factory Quality documentation like Inspection and testing
plan (ITP), factory quality records,
material certificates and tests reports.

8.
Residential
inspector experience with international inspection agencies as Intertek, SGS,
BV etc.

9.
Good
knowledge of ISO 9001 -2015, process and risks approaches.

10.
As
strong advantage – international work experience in EPC company.
