3. Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects. 5. Resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. 及時解決供應商技術問題，確保供應的連續性。

6. Work with purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported while appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.與采購部門合作，確保定期報告供應商績效，同時實施適當及時的糾正措施。
7. Continuously drive, track and review supplier’s performance, and report out monthly, using supplier scorecard with the aim to improve product quality. 使用供應商記分卡，持續推動、跟蹤和審查供應商的績效，并每月報告，以提高產品質量。

1. College degree or above, major in engineering or material is preferred.大專以上學歷，工程或材料專業優先。
2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment.至少5年質量經驗，至少3年制造環境中的SQE。
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and QS9000 or TS16494. Internal auditor is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001和QS9000或TS16494。內部審計師優先。
4. Experience with process controls and quality tools, such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.具有SPC、DOE、FMEA、8D等過程控制和質量工具的經驗。
