1. Coordinate and perform activities in line with Bufab’s Supplier Quality Manual and customer’s requirements, including PPAP, RoHS, REACH files & material certificate etc.根據Bufab的供應商質量手冊和客戶的要求協調和執行活動,包括PPAP、RoHS、REACH文件和材料證書等。
2. Support business development process by working closely with sales & sourcing department at product introduction stage.在產品介紹階段與銷售和采購部門密切合作,支持業務開發過程。
3. Investigate, analyze and resolve supplier quality problems by conducting audits, analyzing defect trends and leading continuous improvement projects. Perform periodical supplier visits and follow up all the abnormal items to drive for quality excellence.通過開展審計、分析缺陷趨勢和領導持續改進項目,調查、分析和解決供應商質量問題。定期拜訪供應商,跟蹤所有異常項目,以推動質量卓越。
4. Push & assist suppliers to submit 8D report or other improvement plan timely according to Bufab’s requirements once receiving customer concerns.一旦收到客戶的擔憂,推動并協助供應商根據Bufab的要求及時提交8D報告或其他改進計劃。
5. Resolve supplier technical issues in a timely manner to ensure continuity of supply. 及時解決供應商技術問題,確保供應的連續性。
6. Work with purchasing to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported while appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.與采購部門合作,確保定期報告供應商績效,同時實施適當及時的糾正措施。
7. Continuously drive, track and review supplier’s performance, and report out monthly, using supplier scorecard with the aim to improve product quality. 使用供應商記分卡,持續推動、跟蹤和審查供應商的績效,并每月報告,以提高產品質量。
8. Strategically lead supplier performance improvement projects to increase supplier’s overall capability, coach supplier to improve both their sense and skill in quality assurance.戰略性地領導供應商績效改進項目,提高供應商的整體能力,指導供應商提高質量保證意識和技能。
9. Identify improvement opportunities, actively participate in company’s continuous improvement projects.識別改進機會,積極參與公司的持續改進項目。
10. Be a key person in the internal and external audits and improve findings at corespoding scope.成為內部和外部審計的關鍵人物,在核心審計范圍內改進審計結果。
11. Report for any QEHS risk whenever discovered during daily works, propose and implement solutions. 報告日常工作中發現的任何QEHS風險,提出并實施解決方案。
12. Act as internal trainer to share knowledge and deliver internal training to other colleagues. 擔任內部培訓師,向其他同事分享知識并提供內部培訓。
13. Other task assigned by the manager/company. 經理/公司分配的其他任務。
14. Frequent travelling is required. 需要經常出差。
1. College degree or above, major in engineering or material is preferred.大專以上學歷,工程或材料專業優先。
2. Minimum 5 years quality experience with at least 3 years as a SQE in a manufacturing environment.至少5年質量經驗,至少3年制造環境中的SQE。
3. Good knowledge in ISO9001 and QS9000 or TS16494. Internal auditor is a plus. 熟悉ISO9001和QS9000或TS16494。內部審計師優先。
4. Experience with process controls and quality tools, such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, etc.具有SPC、DOE、FMEA、8D等過程控制和質量工具的經驗。
5. Knowledge of quality and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.質量和可靠性概念、供應商管理和一般制造操作方面的知識。
6. Experience in fastener /small part industry desirable, plating and heat treatment knowledge is a plus.有緊固件/小零件行業工作經驗者優先,有電鍍和熱處理知識者優先。
7. Good command of English reading and writing, oral speaking is a plus. 良好的英語讀寫能力,口語優先。
8. Good computer literacy, familiar with MS office software, good Excel skill is a plus. 良好的計算機知識,熟悉微軟辦公軟件,熟練使用Excel軟件者優先。

2. Proactive, patient, integrity, responsible, can work under pressure. 積極主動,有耐心,正直,有責任心,能在壓力下工作。

4. Excellent interpersonal skills, good at communication and negotiation. 良好的人際交往能力,善于溝通和談判。
5. Good team player but also can work independently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.良好的團隊合作精神,但也能在快節奏和高壓環境中獨立工作。
