Draft bidding documents and construction contracts for each bidding section, and provide optimization suggestions for the bidding mode of each bidding section;
6、參與、審核招標(biāo)評標(biāo)活動和相關(guān)合同談判;
involve and audit bidding, bid evaluation activities and relevant contract negotiation;
7、參與關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的詢價(jià)費(fèi)用控制；

任職要求：
1、工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科或以上學(xué)歷，具有造價(jià)師或同等類似資質(zhì)；
Engineering related major, bachelor degree or above，with the qualifications of Cost Engineer or similar；
2、具有至少五年以上成本管理或概預(yù)算工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉水處理行業(yè)/市政行業(yè)/化工項(xiàng)目工程概預(yù)算優(yōu)先，有駐場經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
5-10 years or above working experiences on cost estimate, familiar with water treatment/ municipal/chemical industries projects is preferable， field working experience is preferred
3、掌握施工工藝并熟悉各項(xiàng)定額、取費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的組成和計(jì)算方法，其中包括國家和本地區(qū)、本行業(yè)的規(guī)定
Familiar with construction process and quotas, charge criteria, government regulations etc.
4、能獨(dú)立算量、組價(jià)；能審核工程量計(jì)算；能獨(dú)立編制概、預(yù)算
Ability to calculate and verify the volume of project, able to compile cost estimate
independently.
5、能適應(yīng)短期出差以及高強(qiáng)度的工作，能配合項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展進(jìn)駐工地現(xiàn)場；
Able to work under pressure, work on site as per requirement of the project
6、具有英語讀寫能力優(yōu)先考慮。
