生產(chǎn)物料管理PMC管理質(zhì)量管理
Position Scope:
Set up standard Prototype request process and manage all projects which Proto gets from business team included AE, sales, PE, PM, Lab, etc.
Basic responsibility for Projects management; communication with customer’s team to have agreement for delivery schedule. To work with other internal Proto teams to complete the Assy. Turbo based on commitments for customers. OTTR, OTTC and Cycle time is Key Metrics.
Cost charge back to customers on time;
To have forecast earlier for key components which we have longer lead time.
Responsibilities:
Proto request planning; give requestor response on cost, delivery in time;
Maintain accurate material master, bill of material, & routing in SAP system;
Track request delivery status and coordinate urgent delivery case;
Communicate with Sales/AE/PM/PE/LAB/Others to know project background, detail request & priority;
Hold meeting with sales/PM/AE to know proto forecast & improve input quality;
OTTR, OTTC, Cycle time, FGI, Sales inventory, order book, past due, MPS metrics owner;
Delivery Customers’ input quality and drive regular meeting to make them to improve their performance;
Inventory management especially for Consignment/E&O;
Qualifications:
? At least 1 years’ experience of projects management or planning;
? Strong teamwork and self-motivated;
? Bachelor degree or above;
? Excellent communicator;
? Multitasking processing with hard working;
? Good English language in speaking, writing, listening, reading;
? Work to remove obstacles and consistently delivers on commitments;
? Good at software M/S Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Familiar to SAP is better.
? Familiar to E-powertrain is better.
? Be willing to relocate to Wuhan site

Skills:
? Good PC knowledge, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Experience on SAP
? Good English communication skill
