【Responsibilities】

? Guide and coach the development team and product owner on agile principles and practices.
? Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
? Identify and remove any impediments or obstacles that may hinder the team's progress.
? Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation.
? Promote transparency and effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
? Monitor and track team progress and metrics, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products within the defined timelines.
