Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze customer forecast and assure order fulfillment and customer service rate
分析客戶訂單預測,同客戶溝通訂單交付事宜,確保客戶滿意度
2. Create production planning and production order in SAP, make reasonable safety stock according to the forecast
制定生產計劃及建立生產工單, 根據客戶訂單預測建立安全庫存
3. Coordinate with related departments to ensure order finished on time
同相關部門合作確保生產工單按時完成
4. Organize shipment to customer, tracing the deliveries
安排發貨到客戶, 跟蹤發貨進度
5. Coordinate and monitor EC and new project coordination and other tasks appointed
協調及監督工程變更, 協調新項目,完成直屬領導交給的其他工作
6. Coordinate with other aeC plants for SFG transfer and assure data accuracy
同中國區其他工廠如天津工廠協調半成品轉運事宜并保證相關物料庫存準確性
7. Maintain master data of SAP & Apims, imply daily work according to WI correctly and solve normal problems. Coordinate with Europe Headquarter IT and plant IT for solving, APIMS, CAO and SAP problems and make sure the systems running well IT if necessary
維護SAP及APIMS運行相關的主數據,按相關WI正確操作并解決日常常見問題。必要時聯系同歐洲總部IT和工廠IT解決APIMS, CAO及SAP等系統出現的問題,保證系統正常運行。
8. Deal with obsolete material’s compensation business with customer.
負責呆滯物料索賠
9. Other Tasks arranged by upper management or Group according to cross skill requirements
完成上級領導安排的其他任務或公司安排的跨崗位工作任務
Job Qualifications:
1. University Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent
相關專業大學本科畢業
2. 3-5 years of work experience in the same role, skilled in SAP PP/SD module;
3~5年相關領域工作經驗;熟練應用SAP PP/SD模塊;
3. Good computer/numerical skill, able to communicate in English
良好的計算機/數字管理技能, 能用英語日常交流
4. Cooperative, able to work under tight schedule
