Job Overview: The Senior Overseas Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing our international sales strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and building a successful sales team. This position requires a senior sales professional with a proven track record of success in international markets and the ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Working languages ??are flexible, but English is preferred. Experience in peripheral accessories such as computer power supplies, LED power supplies, and PD fast charging is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
? International Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in overseas markets.
? Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market opportunities, including market research, competitive analysis, and entry strategies.
? Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a highly effective international sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in international markets.
?Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
?Sales Forecasting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports to senior management.
?Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
?Product Knowledge: Detailed understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate customer value propositions.
?Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
?Experience: At least 5-7 years of international sales management experience, with experience in peripheral accessories such as computer power supplies, LED power supplies, PD fast charging preferred.
?Leadership: Successful experience in building and leading a sales team with a track record of achieving sales targets.
?Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data and make informed decisions.
?Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
?Proactiveness: Proactive, able to identify opportunities and drive results.
?Technical Proficiency: Familiar with CRM software, sales analysis tools and e-commerce platforms.
?Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
?Language: Flexible working language, but English preferred.
?Preferred experience: Experience with peripheral accessories such as computer power supply, LED power supply, PD fast charging is preferred.
