modular projects throughout the world, with a focus on the North American
market. With offices in China, Canada, and the US, our international team,
comprised of Sales & Marketing/BD, Design & Project Management,
Procurement, Production, and Logistics Departs, is structured to tackle some of
the most challenging markets in the US, Canada and other parts of the world.
Another dynamic that separates our company from the competition is our
partnership with Bird Construction, a publicly traded GC and one of the largest
in Canada. They're instrumental in managing and optimizing our client and
project relationships to ensure we're delivering fully-serviced and turn-key
construction solutions.

We are looking to expand our team with an
enthusiastic Revit designer focused on Structural detailing and Light Gauge
Steel (LGS) using Revit Software and a key person in coordinating with
different departments regarding Structural design.

Preparing the Structural shop drawings using Revit Autodesk.

·
Preparing the LGS shop drawings using Revit Autodesk.

·
Preparing LGS and Structural detailing using Revit Autodesk as needed.

·
Coordinating with the Procurement Department, Steel supplier, and LGS
supplier to ensure the proper completion of the LGS drawings and its timely
delivery to the plant.

·
Coordinating with the other design team members to ensure proper design
of Structural framing, joist and LGS that provides the correct Rough-openings
and support for the products/equipment going into the LGS framing.

·
Reading and double-checking product spec dimensions and requirements as
needed to ensure the proper design of the LGS for the support of that product
in the LGS framing.

·
Visiting the steel supplier and LGS supplier for coordination as needed
and to check the latest technologies that can improve our design and reduce cost.

·
Coordinate with the Manufacturing Department, through factory visits and
review sessions, shop drawings and mock-ups.

·
Working with the BIM Manager to improve the Structural and LGS design and
drafting process through different automation tools, including, but not limited
to, Revit API and Dynamo.

·
Assist other design divisions in drafting/design when needed.

·
Must
be proficient in Revit Autodesk.

·
Must
be proficient in English.

Strong
attention to detail.

Be
a team player and eager to learn and grow.
