工作內容:
1.Responsible of customer PO follow up and other business support.負責公司客戶訂單跟進及其他商務支持工作
2. Fully understand customer's system. Complete the document such as Supplier set up, Item set up(quotation), technical document, etc based on customer's requirement timely and correctly.掌握客人系統。按業務要求及時、高質量的完成報價、產品技術文件等客人所需資料。
3. Fully understand company's internal system. Input order information into system per customer's PO and company's operation procedure accurately and place DN to 3PL timely. Give clear instruction and confirmation to 3PL on order and deliver details.掌握公司內部系統。根據客戶訂單及公司作業流程準確錄入系統并下達給3PL指示送貨,就訂單和產品相關問題、細節及時作出指示及確認
4.Maintain good relationship with customer, 3PL and internal functional departments and facilitate solving relative issues. Analyze customer's needs and provide reasonable suggestions to fulfill customer's need. 維護客戶、3PL及內部職能部門的關系并協調處理相關事務。分析客人需求給予合理建議以滿足客人需求。
5.Update WIP accurately and timely. Complete and submit invoices and other required document as per customer requested in time and follow up customer's payment until received in full.準確及時更新WIP。正確及時的完成和遞交發票文件等各式日常文件并跟進確保訂單應收款項的收回。

任職要求
①Education:College degree or above. Major in Supply Chain Management or International Trade or equivalent experience in related field;大專或以上學歷,供應鏈管理專業或國際貿易或有同等的工作經歷
② Work experiences: With one year experiences on big retailer would be preferable.工作經驗: 具有1年以上大型零售商跟單的經驗。
③Knowledge: Good understanding of International Trade. Understanding of supply chain management is prefered. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals.對國際貿易有很好的了解。了解供應鏈管理者優先。能夠同時執行多項任務,能夠平衡短期和長期目標。
④Language: Fluent spoken & written English with no misunderstanding during communication語言: 精通英語聽說讀寫,具有良好的中、英文溝通能力和溝通技巧。
⑤ Highly efficient, organized, have good sense of priority and capability of solving problems independently. Logical, detailed, highly responsible and principled. Have good language expression. Good integrity and team spirit. 高效,具有良好的分清事情輕重緩急及組織和應變能力,獨立思考與解決問題能力;思維清晰、細致,工作認真、責任心強、原則性強;有較強的語言表達能力和文字處理能力;良好的職業素養及團隊合作精神。
