- Accountable for revenue generation within existing assignments, and long-term

- Key point of contact for customer’s
procurement and engineering teams based on trust and respect, with a focus on
developing long-term strategic relationships with key customer contacts for
long term mutual benefits. 與客戶采購及工程團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通并建立信任及合作;維護(hù)長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系并以實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏;
- Responsible for specific customers, including
responding to RFQs, preparing pricing proposals, project roll out, and
management of ongoing pricing and coordinating of technical issues or concerns

- Consistently focuses on the achievement of

- Maintains strong knowledge of new and existing
EQI products and QEM machining capabilities as well as new products in the
market, industry trends and new developments along with understanding current
competitive conditions within the marketplace. 通過不斷了解市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)品及行業(yè)趨勢(shì),協(xié)助建立EQI產(chǎn)品及QEM加工能力的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates
customers’ changing needs on an ongoing basis.積極評(píng)估、溝通和驗(yàn)證客戶的變更需求;
- Is able to sell based on customer needs and
wants; demonstrates a continued personal concern for the customer outlining the
value EQI and QEM provides to the customer.了解客戶需求和意愿,進(jìn)行針對(duì)性地銷售,并持續(xù)建立EQI及QEM在客戶端的價(jià)值。
Achieving Targets達(dá)成的目標(biāo)
- Responsibility for meeting and exceeding
budgeted revenue and new business acquisition targets as outlined by
management. 負(fù)責(zé)達(dá)到并超過管理層提出的營(yíng)收目標(biāo)及新業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)目標(biāo);
- Maintain profitability of assigned accounts at
directed contribution. If needed, leads internal initiatives or commercial

- Provide reports to management concerning

- Prepare a variety of status reports, including

Administration管理
- Assists
Finance (and leads initiatives when needed) to resolve Accounts Receivables
issues to meet corporate A/R KPIs. 協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)(并在需要時(shí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目)解決應(yīng)收賬款問題,以滿足公司應(yīng)收賬款關(guān)鍵績(jī)效指標(biāo);
- Negotiates rates and long-term contracts with

- Ensures contractual commitments (e.g. rebates,
discounts, tariff sharing, etc.) are properly communicated across the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS任職要求
- Education Level:A technical
degree / diploma from a university or college, or equivalent work experience in
technically focused sales roles. 教育水平:大專以上學(xué)歷,并具有技術(shù)銷售相關(guān)背景;
- Computer Skills:Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project. Proficiency in
using 3D model software. 計(jì)算機(jī)技能:精通MS Office,包括Word、Excel、Outlook和MS Project;最好能夠簡(jiǎn)單使用3D模型軟件;
-Professional Experience職業(yè)經(jīng)歷:
a. > 10 years of experience in the technical field
involved in machining industry, machined products, project management, and
program launch implementation. 機(jī)械加工行業(yè)、機(jī)加工產(chǎn)品、項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)實(shí)施等技術(shù)領(lǐng)域擁有10年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn);
b. Knowledge and experience in the off-road
vehicle industry including agricultural, construction, material handling,
aerial work platform market segments. 具有在非道路車輛行業(yè)的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括農(nóng)業(yè)、建筑、物料搬運(yùn)、高空作業(yè)平臺(tái)細(xì)分市場(chǎng);
c. Experience and knowledge of machining (HMC,
VMC, CNC lathe) and related manufacturing processes as well as casting, forging
and assembly processes. 具有加工(HMC、VMC、CNC 車床)和相關(guān)制造工藝以及鑄造、鍛造和裝配相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和知識(shí);
e. Strong understanding of blueprint reading and

- Travel: Ability to travel locally as well as
