ESSENTIAL DUTIES

A. Accountabilities

· Managing the planned maintenance and routine maintenance of equipment and machinery.

· Managing the preventive maintenance practice and procedures.

· Managing and directing the department employees (Technicians)

· Utilizing the maximum productivity from the division manpower.

· Implementing HSE policies and procedures.

· Ensuring the essential spare parts stock.

· Maintaining a maintenance history log for each equipment

· Submitting periodical reports to Operations Director and senior Management.

· Analysis of repetitive equipment failures

B. Dimensions

Work in a multi-disciplinary team, which include plant and production personnel and other technical professionals, to ensure uninterrupted, efficient and quality-driven production and plant operations.

C. Main activities and outputs

Maintenance of CNC and PLC controlled equipment, trouble-shoot electrical systems for equipment. Control preventive maintenance activity.COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED

· Possess interpersonal, communication skills.

· Capable of comprehending and understanding both verbal and written work instructions, technical documentation, and other support material as related to the execution of job duties/assignments.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

· Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other Engineering Disciplines.

· Minimum 3 years experience in the field.
