Key Responsibilities: ? Complete all administrative tasks of the defined services independently and achieve the SLA requirements: ? Ensure operation compliance with legal requirements and internal policies. ? Ensure the process related documents are set up, updated and reviewed regularly and properly. ? Keep good relationships with business partners and global functional Team on a proactive basis. ? Identify the process risks and implement the preventive actions on a timely manner. ? Support the E2E process in the resolution of difficult questions in the day-to-day operations. ? Liaise between local HR teams and employees and ensure smooth communication & prompt resolution of all queries. ? Support the global and local H2R programs implementation. ? Support the internal/external audits involving payroll. ? Proactively drive the process improvement to achieve employees satisfactory and higher efficiency. ? Ensure the process related documents are updated and submitted for review properly. ? Proactively identify the process improvement to achieve employees satisfactory and higher efficiency. Team Management: ? Assess the team’s skills and build the team’s capability for daily operation regularly. ? Effectively manage, motivate, and retain the team. ? Ensure accurate and timely regular operation reporting for the team. Key Relationships: Manager Hire to Retire, Global Functional Teams, Country HR Leadership and Business Partners, Payroll & Benefits Services Vendors Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ? Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, especially Excel/Access; familiarity with VBA is an advantage. ? Experience with business computing solutions, ideally also with SAP-HR and ticketing solutions. ? Strong mindset in process improvement and continuous efficiency. ? Attention to details and good problem-solving skills. ? Ability to manage, coach and develop the team. ? Basic understanding of project management. ? Familiarity with the relevant industry is an advantage. ? International mindset. Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: ? Minimum of 5 years of payroll or C&B work experience in a similar function for a multi-national company. ? 2+ years of management experiences. ? Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. ? Best knowledge of the regional business needs, company rules, law and HR regulations. ? Good command of both spoken and written Korean & English
