工作職責 / Responsibilities:

Provide desktop support to users, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems and application software.

Responsible for hardware support, including maintenance and repair of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
?系統和軟件支持,包括服務器和網絡設備的管理和維護。
System and software support, including management and maintenance of servers and network devices.
?基礎的網絡與電話運維,包括網絡連接和電話系統的安裝、配置和故障排除。
Basic network and telephone operations, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network connections and telephone systems.
?文件與打印服務器的維護,確保文件和打印服務的正常運行。
Maintenance of file and print servers to ensure the normal operation of file and print services.
?機房設備的維護,包括服務器、存儲設備和網絡設備的管理和維護。
Maintenance of data center equipment, including management and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
學歷要求 / Educational Requirements:
?計算機科學、信息技術或相關領域的學士學位。
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
能力和經驗要求 / Skills and Experience Requirements:
?熟悉Windows和Linux操作系統的安裝、配置和故障排除。
Familiarity with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows and Linux operating systems.
?具備硬件維護和修理的經驗,包括計算機、打印機和其他外圍設備。
Experience in hardware maintenance and repair, including computers, printers, and other peripherals.
?了解網絡基礎知識,包括TCP/IP協議、路由和交換。
Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols, routing, and switching.

Experience in managing and maintaining servers and network devices.
