崗位職責:
1、Organize the induction training for new employees;
組織新員工入職培訓;
2、Collect and analyze the training needs of the department to complete the annual training plan;
收集并分析部門的培訓需求,以完成年度培訓計劃;
3、Manage the entire training process, including preparation before training, execution of training, and evaluation of training results;
管理整個培訓過程,包括培訓前的準備、培訓的執行、培訓結果的評估等;
4、Organize internal and external training according to the training plan;
根據培訓計劃組織內部和外部培訓;
5、Operate the online platform and manage learning projects;
運營在線平臺,管理學習項目;
6、Continuously optimize the training process and analyze training data;
持續優化培訓流程,分析培訓數據;
任職要求:
1、Master
s degree or above, majoring in human resources or related fields;
碩士及以上學歷,人力資源相關專業;
2、Possess good learning ability, communication skills, logical thinking ability, as well as a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
具備良好的學習能力、溝通能力、邏輯思維能力,以及強烈的責任心和團隊協作精神;
3、Proficient in using office software, passed CET - 4, and have good oral English skills;
熟練應用office辦公軟件,通過CET - 4,有良好英語口語能力;
4、Prior internship experience in a similar position is preferred;
有類似崗位實習經驗優先;
5、Able to withstand certain work pressure and have a challenging spirit.
能夠承受一定的工作壓力,具有挑戰精神。
