What jobs involves:
--Provide comprehensive facilities management for the office premises of our client,
including mission-critical facilities.
--Assist Line Manager with the management of contractors and subcontractors.
--Engage with stakeholders and management of client and vendors expectations.
--Ensure all works are executed in accordance with due processes and procedures.
--Ensure the client's hard service SLA & KPIs are met.
--Manage risks and monitor vendor implement duties in accordance with JLL and Client standards.
--Coordinate audits for all M&E services including Critical Environment Management.
--This role is report to Account Manager Lead, and service multinational foreign
banking client.
Operations Management (Core – 80%)
--Prepare continuous preventative maintenance standard and coordinate with vendor for maintenance of M&E facilities inside client's premise(s).
--Provide supervision of hard services work and review the technical submissions, records and reports provided by contractors and subcontractors.
--Monitor the onsite Technician team performance and manage their service delivery standards. Ensure it meets client and JLL requirements.
--Inspect M&E facilities and office renovation on a regular basis, and cooperate with
JLL and client annual audits.
--Ensure all M&E facilities and office renovation are up to standard and taking note
of maintenance issues or areas of concerns.
--Monitor the vendors during preventative maintenance period, and ensure the work carried
out are in accordance to the scope of work predefined in maintenance contract
which meets the health and safety requirements.
--Being first point of contact for all unexpected events onsite. Follow up on all
emergency procedures and conduct troubleshooting with vendors,
--Facilities Engineer China prepare incident reports accordingly.
--Assist hard service contract management.
--Manage hard services related documentation management and development.
--Be on standby in case of any emergency where required.
--Assist the client and outsourced service contracts budgets and payments.
--Assist with client's change management request, purchasing, payment, procedures etc.
--Ensure 100% compliance in line with clients’ policies and procedures.
--Support colocation data center management in accordance with JLL and client's
management standards.
--Carry out any other duties as assigned by line manager.
Health and Safety (Core-20%)
--Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards.
--Respond to and management of environment & safety issues as they pertain to
property and facilities management.
Requirements:
--Tertiary qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering and/or appropriate job related and building services experience.
--A minimum 5 years and above experience in an electrical or
mechanical similar role or capacity coupled with strong technical skills.
--Experience working in the manufacturing equipment management, facilities management, property management industry, banking, financial and or corporate industry
preferred.
--Previous experience managing a data center or exposure working in a data center is preferred.
--Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin. Good English proficiency is preferred but not mandatory.
--Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS project and excel.
--Positive attitude with a strong and reliable work ethic.
--Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
--Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of stakeholders,
be a collaborative team player and work independently under matrix supervision.
Reliable and willing to accept additional tasks.
