工作職責(zé):
1.負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與創(chuàng)新研究的科學(xué)支持,包括原料量效評估、產(chǎn)品配方設(shè)計、機(jī)理分析、參與創(chuàng)新研究項目設(shè)計等。
Responsible for science support of product development and innovation, including ingredient dosage and efficacy analysis, formula design, mechanism analysis and research.
2.負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部科學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化與交流,包括產(chǎn)品故事、技術(shù)賣點(diǎn)、市場物料審核、研究項目支持,為市場行為、相關(guān)公共事務(wù)等提供科學(xué)支持。
Responsible for internal science translation and communication, including product story, technical selling point, market material review, marketing behavior and other public affairs science support.
3.參與外部科學(xué)交流會議,與相關(guān)專家和科學(xué)社團(tuán)建立和保持聯(lián)絡(luò)。
Participate in external science communication, establish and maintain contact with relevant experts and science community.
4.負(fù)責(zé)完成其他臨時性的工作。
Complete other temporary tasks.
任職要求:
1. 碩士以上學(xué)歷,人類營養(yǎng)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生物學(xué)、食品科學(xué)等生命科學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Master degree and above, nutrition, medicine, pharmacy, biology, food science and other related majors.
2.兩年以上相關(guān)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與轉(zhuǎn)化的工作經(jīng)驗,具有注冊營養(yǎng)師、執(zhí)業(yè)藥師、執(zhí)業(yè)醫(yī)師資格或健康營養(yǎng)品相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
At least two years’ working experience in science innovation or translation. Registered dietician, licensed pharmacist, licensed physician or work experience in nutrition or Supplement Corporation is preferred.
3.優(yōu)秀的文獻(xiàn)搜索、閱讀與分析能力。
Excellent academic literature searching, reading and analyses ability.
4.能流暢閱讀專業(yè)英文資料,具備良好的英語聽力與書寫能力。
Be able to read English material smoothly and possess good listening and written English ability.
5.擁有良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力。
Good communication and teamwork skills.
