Education:
Bachelor’s Degree: in supply chain management, logistics, business administration is preferrable
Requirements:
1. 8 - 10 years of experience: In ernational supply chain management, PO Management frontline execution perience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role
2. 2. Regional and Frontend execution expertise:
Experience managing operations across multiple locations or origins, with
knowledge of local regulations, customs, and market dynamics and strong drive
to ensure service quality delivery, process compliance and achieve customer
satisfaction
3. 3. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

1. Leadership and Team Management: Ability
to lead and motivate teams across different regions to achieve target and
customer satisfactions
2. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting and using KPI to drive resources planning, job allocation planning to achieve cost efficiency
3. Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks and inefficiencies and provide solutions
4. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders, across offices, function heads, regions and HQ and customers
5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with supply chain management PO management system and proactive in identifying process improvement initiatives through IT/system solutions
Job Description:
1. Frequent travel to Asia, Europe, or other sourcing/execution locations as required by business or customer needs.

2. Train resources to build execution knowledge and
understanding across Asia and global locations to support China’s CCP global
initiatives through both offshore and onsite support.

3. Travel to Asia and global locations if/when needed
to gain a comprehensive understanding of local processes, environments, market
intelligence, and future developments to facilitate better business operations
and exchanges.

4. Lead and drive the expansion of volume and new
sourcing locations, ensuring a thorough understanding of customer requirements
and establishing local processes, auditing process to ensure SOP/process
compliance and KPI fulfillment
5.
5. Station at local and work together with local team
if/when required, oversee local teams to deliver expected service quality,
collaborating on recruitment and training until the local team is fully trained
and operational.
6.
6. Lead a team with subordinates, providing
training and guidance to ensure they can independently train and support Asia
and global locations to maintain high service quality.
