Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective goal setting and deployment process in the business, ensure the business goals are aligned and cascaded through the organizations.
- Policy Design and Standardization drive and deploy programs and processes at site level
- Employee Engagement as HR key support to the business
- Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B, employee relations, OD initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence per business request
- Talent Review and Succession planning develop and retain talents
- Coach, support, and advice the client managers in people management, organization and employee relations matters
- Performance Management align with SF process
- Workforce planning and census management, applicants’ selection/interview in line with NE’S staffing process.
- Manufacturing Operation system implementation as a key stakeholder.
Ideal candidate experience:
- More than 6 years working experience in MNCs, plant HR experience as HR general role or specialist in compensation and benefits, organization development or HR analytics etc. in preferable.

Qualifications/ certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and at least 6 years of professional HR experience.
- People oriented and strong customer service mind.
- Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
- Can work with multiple tasks in parallel
- Familiar with PRC and local labor law and related regulation
- Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and facilitation skill
- Good at computer and English Self-motivated, team spirit, etc.
- Adaptability: responds proactively to change maintains effectiveness when confronted with new task situation, open to new ideas/ assignment/approaches
