Job Overview/ Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pricing Supervisor to join our team. The Pricing Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, managing pricing policies, and ensuring the profitability of our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive benchmarking, and the ability to maximize sales revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement pricing strategies, pricing architecture, policy, guidelines, and processes. Coordinate the development and preparation of Gross Price List & margin guidelines and Discount Levels for existing product lines and new products.
· Analyze the profit of potential markets and target customers, supporting Product Management in recommending price structures and price levels for new and existing products.
· Assess special pricing requests or requests for quotes profitability and commercial effects of transactional pricing decisions across product lines.
· Prepare monthly price reports and support products price and cost analysis .
· Review low margin products and identify price and margin opportunities to improve product line profitability. Perform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required.
· Work closely with Product Management to provide analytical support and analysis in making recommendations for price adjustments & changes (product life cycle, cost inflation, exchange rates variation)

(Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies)

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounting/sales analysis area.
· Excellent analytical skills and capability & Experience with SAP. Experience with Advanced Pricing Software also a plus.
· Ability to collaborate with multiple functions and strong ability to build relationships and credibility quickly across functions and levels within the company.
