Objective of job
? Supervise the Quality Receiving Inspection department in plant and ensure the process ‘Perform incoming inspection’ is implemented according to internal standards and customer requirements.
? Organize , manage and train the engineers, supervisors and inspectors to control the quality of weak points in advance
? Monitor the quality of suppliers and their parts and ensure the good operation.
Principle Activities
? Support the strategic planning of the department by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium-range time frame
? Plan and administer the budget in his/her area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it
? Cooperate in personnel planning within his/her area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel
? Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor
? Break down and prioritize group goals for associates
? Dealing with complaints from internal and external customers, ensure problem analysis within the scope of the quality control loop, ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions
? Implement guidelines, processes and systems in the Receiving Inspection area of DAW, according to internal and external requirements, including but not limited to product-, function-, and process releases and the creation of the necessary documentation
? Set priorities within stated times and goals
? Organize and implement quality continue improvement activities
? Maintaining efficient co-operation in partnership with all departments (e.g. logistics ,MM quality,etc.), and other functions like the regional SQE team
? Assure quality testing on parts based on test plans, technical drawings, and work instructions (e.g. with regard to function, completeness, etc.), compare target/actual deviations as necessary. Record deviations and take corrective actions where required to ensure the effective inspection and timely supply rate of raw materials
? Participate in project work in early stages to prepare and cooperate in an effective handover of processes and products to the plant. Create suggestions for inspection-friendly part design during development stages
? Arrange and adjust the work of incoming material inspection engineer, supervisor and inspector
? Participating in the quality cost accounting and control the cost in receiving inspection section
Job requirements
? Bachelor or above
? Supplier Quality Engineer with subject-specific knowledge of technologies within the commodity
? IATF16949, VDA6.3 certificate is preferred
? Over 3 years experiences in manufacturing industries including Quality Management, or Quality Technique, or QM System
? Excellent English skill
