Tasks

The purpose of this position is to plan and build up the test management team and ensure excellent quality of delivery; At the same time, through the standard process, unified platform comprehensive metrics and new technology, promote the continuous test system enhancement in OTD field, improve the efficiency and quality of software delivery, enhance the overall maturity of IT agile working modelt, and ultimately boost the realization of OTD business value.

Key Responsibilities

In charge of test resource management, steering for the whole OtD department to ensure both CIH and external resource provision in good and efficient way

In charge of test management process setup steering for the whole OtD department to ensure overall delivery in good and efficient way

Lead Contract lifecycle management with steering, governance to ensure all contract well support OtD business running

In charge of control overall testing progress and lead overall problem fixing to ensure exellent quality oritened process, tool, methodology be conducted

In charge of testing platform and enviroment setup to ensure exellent quality oritened process, tool, methodology be conducted

In charge of test driven working model promotion to ensure exellent quality oritened process, tool, methodology be conducted

Be responsbile to continously developing and opimizing test process to improve test system maturity

Be responsbile to introduce advanced test technology and methodology to continus development and operation for OtD based platform

Qualifications

University of bachelor's degree or above

Knowledge of Devops methdology and maturity model CMMI4, CMMI5 and agile methdology

More than three years of team management experience, team management scale is not less than 20 people

Proficiency with IT platform development and operation

Competency of both IT and production knowledge

Proficient with test and quality assurance process and methodology

Rich experience in personnel recruitment, team growth, performance appraisal, and cross-department coordination

Good analytical ability, comprehension ability, expression ability and comprehensive coordination ability

Proficient in common testing techniques, able to use a variety of techniques to test design and write test plans

Strong learning ability and initiative, strong organization, coordination, communication skills, team spirit and sense of cooperation

Have rich team management experience, familiar with software testing knowledge, strong logic

Strong execution ability

Proficient English, German would be an advantage

Knowledge of product PDO, agile master, feature team and architeuture

Experience with IT test management 4-6 Years

Experience with softward development team management 7-10 Years

Experience with contract, supplier team management 4-6 Years

Experience with manager role 4-6 Years

Experience with Foreign-funded or joint venture 4-6 Years
