Key Responsibilities 主要工作職責 - Visit and seek potential modernization clients, visit architects, construction companies and building administrators to seek and proactively look for new modernization opportunities. 拜訪和尋找潛在的改造客戶,拜訪改造需求客戶,以尋求和積極地尋找新的改造機會; - Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernizations sales contract closing and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the KG Modernizations targets and Schindler internal procedures. 按照迅達中國的目標和內部流程,執行報價、談判、訂單、改造銷售合同的關閉,并監督合同的合規性; - For clients in the current portfolio, Sales Modernizations will communicate, assist, coordinate and maintain informed the corresponding Service Leader. 針對現有客戶,改造銷售需與相關負責人做好溝通、支持、協調和維護工作; - Support and coordinate with the Technical Specialist and the Key Account Manager any issue related to major modernizations. 針對重要改造項目的問題,積極支持并配合技術人員和重要客戶經理的工作; - Coordinate big or complex Modernizations with the Modernizations and Design Center when required, and with the KG Field Operations, through the Branch Manager. 針對大型或復雜的改造項目,與分公司總經理一起協調改造和設計相關事宜。 Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 關鍵能力、技能和知識 - Be familiar with PC skills; 熟練的電腦操作技能; - Be careful, responsible and team work; 認真,仔細,有責任心,團隊意識; - Good communication and coordination ability; 具備良好的溝通和協調能力; - Be familiar with E&E trade and have knowledge in E&E; 熟悉電梯行業,對電梯知識有一定的了解; - Be mature and work carefully; 成熟穩重,工作認真細心; - Good learning ability and positive; 良好的學習能力以及開拓進取的精神。 Education Background 教育背景 - Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering. 本科學歷或以上,機械、電氣或工業工程專業優先。 Work Experience工作經驗 - Desired experience in sales roles in similar industries for at least two years. 至少有兩年在相關行業的銷售工作經驗。
