In this role you will make an impact by: 1. Participate in data digitalization implementation and application in global quality control labs.

• Automation and visualization of data analysis and analytical report.
• Identify and optimize existing digital platform correlated to quality control. Drive effective communication with global responsible to satisfy new requirement for global digital platform.
• Develop effective digital tools for data extraction from global database, analysis and visualization, aiming for driving faster analytical method optimization project globally and more efficient daily lab management locally.

2. Participate in automation equipment implementation and application in global quality control labs.

• Verification and implementation of new analytical technology and automation equipment.
• Identify and optimize existing automation equipment and its digital platform.
• In cooperation with external supplier to develop automation equipment solution, including user requirement definition, solution design, feasibility evaluation, equipment verification, etc.

To succeed, you need

• Education background
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Majoring in Automation, Artificial intelligence (AI), Chemical and Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or analytical instrument.

Professional skills

• Proficient in programing (e.g. Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and database. Experience with AI in concrete problem-solving cases is a plus.
• Experience of digital platform for data handling connected to analytical equipment, e.g. parameter set up, data calculation, data transfer, data storage, etc.
• Operational experience of analytical instrument in biotechnology, food or pharmaceutical area and good understanding of their mechanical structure and working principle.
• Good English reading, writing and speaking
