崗位要求:
本科及以上學(xué)歷,相關(guān)領(lǐng)域優(yōu)先。
具備相關(guān)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
出色的溝通和組織能力,良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
熟悉電子產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)流程和技術(shù)。
較強(qiáng)的問題解決能力和客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)。
精通普通話和英語(yǔ),粵語(yǔ)流利,懂得其他一種或多種語(yǔ)言會(huì)是額外優(yōu)勢(shì)。
Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for related fields.
Relevant industry experience and team management experience.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong spirit of teamwork.
Familiar with after-sales service processes and technology for electronic products.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service awareness.
Proficient in Mandarin and English, fluent in Cantonese, knowledge of one or more additional languages would be an extra advantage.

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和指導(dǎo)售后團(tuán)隊(duì),確保團(tuán)隊(duì)成員達(dá)成工作目標(biāo)。
建立并維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系,處理客戶投訴和問題,提供專業(yè)的解決方案。
制定并執(zhí)行售后服務(wù)政策和流程,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量符合公司標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
監(jiān)督售后工作流程,協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部各部門之間的溝通與協(xié)作。
負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)新員工,持續(xù)提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體績(jī)效。
匯報(bào)工作進(jìn)展和結(jié)果給上級(jí)管理層
周頻率的客戶方會(huì)議報(bào)告。
Job responsibilities:
Leading and guiding the after-sales team to ensure team members achieve work goals.
Establishing and maintaining customer relations, handling customer complaints and issues, and providing professional solutions.
Developing and implementing after-sales service policies and procedures to ensure service quality meets company standards.
Overseeing the after-sales workflow, coordinating communication and collaboration between internal departments.
Responsible for training new staff and continuously improving team performance.
Reporting work progress and results to upper management.
