Position Summary 職位概述

· As Cost Controller, support business to achieve the financial target through effective influence and challenge of the way that business decisions are taken;

· Perform the control of day-to-day business activities to ensure compliance of both internal and external requirement.

· Support SPL budget and objectives setup and conduct analysis on deviations from expectation or target. Provide valuable and practical suggestions of improvement plans to increase the efficiency of the organization.

Main Responsibilities 主要職責

· Support budget and forecast, analysis and control all the deviations between Actual and Budget;

· Update standard cost, transfer price annually and develop sales order planning cost

· Perform CO monthly closing activities including data validation, develop monthly reports (including gross margin report and SPL performance report)

· Analyze the volume and price variance

· Assist to update budget data (including hourly rate, OVH rate into system) and maintain allocation rule

· Support Manager to prepare business case of new product introduction and
product transfer

Education and Experience
教育背景及工作經歷

· Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management; Master Degree preferred;

· CMA or CPA, ACCA is preferred

· 3+ years financial management and business control experiences in manufacturing
