Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Report To: Maintenance Manager

Location: Guangzhou Chemical Plant

Responsibilities:

1. CAPEX project: responsible for the project scope and user requirements definition (URS), organizing and confirming the design scheme, assisting in bidding, implementing construction, and organizing the whole process of commissioning and startup.

2. Assist the maintenance manager to complete:

- Arrangement of routine maintenance work;

- Complete urgent repairs promptly;

- Follow up Equipment preventive maintenance;

- Follow up sporadic facility maintenance works;

- Review and update Preventive maintenance plans and tasks;

- Regular inspection of public facilities and follow-up of nonconforming items;

- Organize discussions on the improvement of equipment and facilities and put them into action

- Organize monthly safety meetings of the team and 5S management of the department

- Assist the warehouse staff to control spare parts and regularly analyze reasonable inventory;

- Ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance meets performance target requirements

- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

3. Achieve the annual performance indicators assigned by the supervisor on time.

4. Responsible for the safety of the construction or maintenance site. Ensure that all operations comply with the requirements of the company's HSE management system and relevant national laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1.College degree or above, major in chemical engineering, chemical machinery or chemical process technology related.

2.More than 12 years of experience in maintenance and fixed asset projects, and production management in chemical enterprises. More than 5 years of management experience and team management in this field.

3.Familiar with the operation and maintenance of various chemical equipment and utility facilities;

4.Familiar with various HSE management systems, familiar with PSM(process safety management)；

5.Familiar with the use of SAP PM module;

6.Basic AutoCAD skills;

7.Proficient in use Office word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.

8.Project management (PMP certificate) is preferred.

9.Fluent in Mandarin; English as a working language.
